Schedule of the 9th TAC World Championship

Arrival and registration

We will be at Grubet on Friday, 07/28/2023, starting at approximately 2:00 PM and look forward to welcoming you comfortably. You will then receive your name badges, a protocol card per team and your food vouchers from us. You must be accredited by 16:30 at the latest in order for your team to participate in the World Championship. If you are going to be late, please let us know in time! Similarly, towards the end of the tournament - please don't leave your opponents and us hanging if you think you have no chance left. We will arrange the mode in such a way that almost every team still has a chance to qualify for the World Championship until shortly before the end.

Punctual but flexible

Please keep in mind that any lateness can affect the whole tournament. If a team is not able to play a match at the given time, this match may be scored 4:8 against the latecomers. We will decide together with the opponents how long to wait.

If your game finishes early before a break, you are welcome to take care of your food before the posted times. This will help you avoid waiting at the food counter.
